As a skilled Solutions Engineer, you'll be a technical expert, a strategic partner to sales teams, and a strong communicator.

You'll have a passion for solving customer problems through creative technical solutions.

Your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions will drive product value, sales success, and prospect satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with customers, understanding their requirements and pain points.
  2. Design and present solutions that demonstrate the product's value, addressing customer needs effectively.
  3. Conduct needs assessments and solution-finding sessions, including technical questionnaires, for customers with varying levels of complexity.
Sales & Customer Success Support:
  1. Provide technical expertise to Sales and Customer Success teams, supporting them in achieving revenue goals.
  2. Develop and deliver impactful product demonstrations, tailoring them to specific audiences, verticals, and customer needs.
  3. Contribute to proposal responses (RFIs/RFPs, tenders), addressing functional and technical requirements.
Knowledge Sharing & Best Practices:
  1. Stay updated on best practices and product knowledge, sharing insights with internal teams.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues on technical solutions and problem-solving strategies.
Product Representation & Travel:
  1. Represent the company as a product expert at conferences, demonstrations, and customer visits.
  2. Address technical questions and follow up on pending issues.
Continuous Development:
  1. Invest in personal and professional growth, expanding your technical skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

We're looking for individuals with 2-4 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role.

  • A strong understanding of our product suite, including front-end and back-end functionality.
  • The ability to troubleshoot technical product functional issues, sales processes, and propose solutions.
