This is a key member role within our sales team responsible for driving business growth through engaging potential customers and scheduling appointments with the sales team.
- Making outbound calls to potential customers
- Scheduling consultations between prospects and the sales team
- Accurately inputting and updating customer information
- Representing the company professionally in all conversations
- Ensuring all calls meet company standards and requirements
- Delivering accurate and timely reports
- Participating in process improvement initiatives
- Maintaining a high level of customer engagement and responsiveness
- Collaborating with the team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Adhering to company policies and performance expectations
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of successful experience as a lead generation specialist (voice), appointment setter, or any similar role
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
- Strong internet connection
- Designated professional and quiet workspace
- Amenable to working on a non-traditional schedule
