
Business Development Manager for Entrepreneurial Success

The Customer Success Manager role is a crucial position that entails serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on lead follow-up, closing techniques, and overall business growth.
This individual will be responsible for operational leadership, ensuring seamless alignment and execution between clients and the media buying team. A dual-role position, it combines operational leadership with client coaching and relationship management.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in operations management or customer success, possess strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, and have an excellent command of English, familiarity with Western business culture, and business acumen to coach entrepreneurs in the construction field.
About the Role- Client Management & Coaching
- Provide coaching on lead follow-up, closing techniques, and general business growth
- Offer both supportive and assertive guidance to drive client accountability and results
- Operational Leadership
- Liaise between clients and the media buying team to ensure alignment and execution
- Build, document, and improve client systems using Go High Level CRM
- Track and log all client interactions for transparency and follow-through
- Strategic Support
- Help clients understand marketing concepts and how to convert leads into paying customers
- Analyze performance data and provide insights to clients and internal team
- Potentially assist with recruiting and onboarding future hires as the agency scales
- Proven experience in operations management or customer success
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Excellent command of English; familiarity with Western business culture
- Business-savvy with the ability to coach entrepreneurs in the construction field
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a remote, self-managed environment
- Experience with Go High Level CRM is a must
Experience in Facebook ads and digital lead generation required.
