Job Title: Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented professional to support our growing marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our business goals through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce high-quality marketing assets such as event invitations, trade show graphics, social media content, website visuals, and client presentation materials.
  • Manage and update content for internal platforms like the company intranet.
  • Support brand consistency across all offices and marketing deliverables.
  • Assist with the creation and layout of bid documents, ensuring alignment with submission requirements.
  • Organize and maintain bid-related materials using tools like project management software.
  • Utilize digital tools to coordinate and track marketing projects and tasks.
  • Maintain databases for photography, case studies, and other marketing content.
  • Provide additional administrative and marketing support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong English verbal and written skills.
  • Experience as a Marketing or Design Coordinator.
  • Strong graphic design skills with a solid portfolio; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is highly preferred, with experience in digital marketing platforms considered a plus.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills ability to facilitate effective cross-team collaboration.
