Talent Development Partner

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Development Partner to provide strategic guidance and support to drive business objectives and foster a positive work culture.

The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

The Talent Development Partner serves as a liaison between the HR department and various business units, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and promoting employee engagement, retention, and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters
  • Conduct investigations and facilitate resolution of workplace issues while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Participate in organizational planning discussions and provide insights on human capital implications
  • Monitor performance metrics and trends to identify opportunities for performance enhancement and employee recognition
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment and retention strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
