US Recruitment Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced US recruitment specialist to join our team. This role will focus on high-level positions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with internal teams to source and prequalify candidates for client requisitions.
  • Develop creative strategies to generate candidate interest and strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Pre-qualify talent through profiling and gauging interest level.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
  • Source and maintain contact information for active pipeline candidates.
  • Identify innovative ways to source a diverse pool of candidates tailored to the US market.
  • Maintain and update databases with new and modified candidate records.
Candidate Management Strategies:
  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications focused on US market requirements.
  • Collect and maintain contact information and lists of US-based talent.
  • Efficiently manage a strong candidate flow emphasizing US talent acquisition.
  • Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates for open positions and internal interviews.
  • Assist with client/candidate coordination ensuring a seamless US recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills specifically tailored for US client and candidate interactions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills crucial for effective US recruitment operations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office essential for recruitment administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with the use of LinkedIn, Job boards, and ATS.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate US clients and candidate needs.
