Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years US Recruiter experience
  • Minimum of 1-year Canadian Recruiter experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with Boolean Search Strings
