This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing customer service and support, with a strong focus on technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate customer service, running reports, and working collaboratively with other teams. You will also possess advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS-Office applications.
The successful candidate will have an accredited 4-year degree or equivalent, along with 2-4 years of related experience. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Functions:- Customer Service: Provide timely and accurate customer service, meeting quality standards and following defined processes.
- Reporting: Run and produce various reports, including ad-hoc reports for COE and HR Regional Operations.
- Technical Skills: Possess advanced computer skills, with proficiency in MS-Office applications, and exhibit creative problem-solving abilities.
- Education: Accredited 4-year degree or equivalent, and 2-4 years of related experience.
- Experience: Experience in Shared Services environment, with a strong focus on customer service and technical skills.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
