HR Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to support our team in various functional areas, including policy updates, benefits administration, employee relations, and training.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US Human Resources management and be proficient in MS Excel, English, and HRIS systems.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, and 4+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations.

In this role, you will assist with onboarding, new hire orientation, exit interviews, and administrative tasks. You will also provide dedicated HR advisory service to employees and contribute to the development of policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support professional-level HR duties
  • Work closely with the HR Manager and VP of HR
  • Prepare paperwork and facilitate onboarding process
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments
  • Handle administrative tasks for onboarding and exit interviews

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations
  • Expert level working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems
