We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR professional to manage various tasks, ensuring compliance with US-specific regulations.
Responsibilities:- Manage employee records, 1099 contractors, and W-4 forms.
- Support payroll processing using ADP or similar systems.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the company's needs.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors.
- Address employee inquiries and ensure compliance with US labor laws.
- Track expenses and reconcile financial transactions.
Required skills and qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing US-specific HR tasks.
- Proficiency with ADP for payroll and other bookkeeping systems.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and QuickBooks or Xero software.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for creating and analyzing financial reports.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
