Technical Support Professional Job Description

A key member of our Technical Operations team, the technical support professional will provide exceptional remote support to employees across various platforms. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-user support via phone, email, or remote desktop connections.
  • Assist with network maintenance, troubleshooting, modifications, and upgrades.
  • Support a range of platforms, including Microsoft Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, Microsoft 365, and major browsers.
  • Remotely assist with network maintenance, troubleshooting, modifications, and upgrades of all facilities, including affiliates.
  • Monitor user/customer requests in ConnectWise Automate and shared inbox email.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network fundamentals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft) are an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
