Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Meet or exceed performance expectations, including first contact resolution rates.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in customer-facing role, preferably in call center environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
