This is a high-volume program that requires agents to work independently and collaboratively with their teammates. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, text, and social media while creating memorable service interactions.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong understanding of products, procedures, and resolutions, and the ability to learn and adapt to changing software.

Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to customer inquiries via various channels
  2. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  3. Build a strong understanding of products, procedures, and resolutions
  4. Work collaboratively with team members to offer support and solutions
Requirements:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. 12+ months of contact center experience
  3. Ability to speak, read, and write in both Spanish and English
  4. 1 year of work experience as a Spanish Bilingual in BPO or customer service industry
  5. Language proficiency: B2
  6. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  7. Ability to see, talk, and hear to communicate with others
