As a key player in our team, the Customer Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls.

Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize proper phone etiquette to provide top-notch customer service for incoming calls regarding various cases and projects.
  • Effectively communicate and address customers' needs to provide accurate information, process inquiries, and resolve issues. Escalate calls as necessary.
  • Document all calls appropriately and adhere to established procedures.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times – comply with structured internet rules and regulations on the call center floor.
  • Attend scheduled training sessions as required.
  • Complete other general tasks as needed or necessary.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience, or Call Center experience, and desktop applications experience.
  • Effective communication and literacy skills. Ability to read scripted responses naturally, with confidence and accuracy.
  • Professional Proficiency (speaking, listening, and reading) in English and Target Language.
  • Ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent computer skills with quick and accurate typing, the ability to open several applications at one time and review documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Quality Customer Service Skills.
  • Ability to handle escalated calls, with empathy and professionalism.
  • Decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
