As a dedicated Customer Experience Champion, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our Sales Team and clients.
You will work closely with our clients to provide timely and accurate support, ensuring their satisfaction and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level administrative support to the Sales Team, including coordinating tasks and managing data
- Resolve complex customer issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
- Attend strategic meetings, record key takeaways, and document action items
- Develop and maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring seamless data flow
- Prepare professional correspondence, documents, and reports in a timely and efficient manner
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Exceptional project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong team player with excellent communication and time management skills
- Proactive and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
