
Customer Experience Lead

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Customer Experience Lead to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, conflict resolution, and team collaboration. They will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving disputes, and ensuring a positive user experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting customers through direct chat, phone, or email
- Responding to messages within Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- FOLLOWING company guidelines and protocols to approve and review campaigns
- Prioritizing responses based on urgency and complexity
- Following up on voicemails and missed chats within 24 hours
- Add Outreach to new customers and help them onboard within agreed SLA
- Respond to resolve customer queries in a holistic manner
- Use CRM to take diligent notes and add context to customer data
Requirements
- Relevant Experience: Have 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Conflict Resolution Experience: Previous experience in effectively resolving customer disputes and conflicts
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Time Management Abilities: Strong time management skills to juggle multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards related to online fundraising and crowdfunding platforms
