Key Responsibilities
  • Develop tailored solutions for business using Salesforce and connected technologies.
  • Support ongoing build-out of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep.
  • Drive platform proficiency through training, documentation, and hands-on support.
  • Stay ahead by monitoring updates and optimizing business processes.
  • Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform.
  • Deploy changes across environments, including sandbox refreshes, data migration, and metadata deployment.
  • Champion feedback, agile approach, and collaborative remote teamwork to foster growth and resilience.
Required Expertise and Qualifications
  • Salesforce Expertise: Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integration with 3rd Party apps, customization, code based & declarative tools.
  • Problem Solver: Comfortable tackling ambiguity, solving problems creatively, and delivering valuable solutions.
  • Collaboration Mindset: Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams, balancing technical needs with business priorities.
  • CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and integrations.
  • Platform Health & Monitoring: Proactively monitor system performance, data quality, and integration health—using tools and logs to identify issues before they become problems.
