Technical Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills.

Job Description

The Technical Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing remote helpdesk support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network platforms such as Microsoft Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS.

Additionally, the Technical Operations Specialist will assist with network maintenance, troubleshooting, modifications, and upgrades of all facilities, including its affiliates.

The role also involves pre-sales support, where the specialist will assist the pre-sales engineering team, sales teams, and customers with their technical queries.

Other responsibilities include monitoring user/customer requests in ConnectWise Automate and shared inbox email, assistance with department process documentation, and other duties assigned by the manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft) are an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
