Workforce Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in developing accurate and timely forecasts, capacity plans, schedules, pre-day schedule management, intraday management, and post-day performance analysis.

Job Description:

  • Lead a team of Workforce Management analysts in developing forecasting models, capacity plans, and schedules that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and Clients to develop new models to support staffing and volume changes.
  • Review completed forecasts, schedules, and plans developed by team members to ensure completion, accuracy, and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain accurate and reliable forecasting models that meet business objectives.
  2. Lead reviews of Call Center efficiency and customer service performance to ensure client needs and financial performance are met.
  3. Partner with support functions to ensure that forecasting, planning, and scheduling tools/software are properly configured and maintained to support the Workforce Management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling software tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
