Outbound Sales Specialist

As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and generating sales leads through outbound cold calls and other outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and close deals.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to improve sales performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently to achieve targets.
Work Experience:At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service is required.
Education:A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
