Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
  • Effectively communicate company products or services to potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Build rapport and engage in meaningful conversations to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring accurate records are maintained in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on potential leads and re-engage past contacts as needed to drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently and meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets. They will also be able to handle objections and rejections professionally and positively.
