Customer Support Specialist Role

The Customer Service position is a key interface with clients, providing support and resolving routine issues related to their products or services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery: Ensure customer service meets contractual performance standards ('KPIs')
  • Customer Clarification: Gather customer requirements and provide resolution using available tools and resources
  • Relationship Building: Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while building rapport
  • Professional Communication: Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
  • Documentation: Prepare accurate work and notate accounts as required
  • Performance Improvement: Participate in activities to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Sales Opportunities: Offer additional products and/or services
  • Call Tracking: Track and document information in the call tracking database

Candidate Profile: A high school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience is preferred. Strong customer service orientation, computer navigation skills, and effective written and verbal communication are essential. The candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented, skilled in multi-tasking, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
