
Account Executive

The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, executing, and converting sales leads, driving sales and building strong relationships with new business partners. The ultimate goal is to grow revenue and market share specially the aircon install materials as per assigned territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive program execution and success in the assigned area or channel by overseeing effective implementation and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze business partner sales performance, providing regular feedback and implementing corrective measures as needed to drive success and achieve targets and achieve key results areas (KRAs).
- Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to identify and address any barriers to success, and continuously evaluate and improve processes and strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with business partners, serving as a trusted advisor and providing support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform decision-making and drive continued growth and success.
- Drive sales growth by effectively managing accounts and channels, implementing standards and protocols, and developing strategic business plans. Gather customer insights and requirements to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Optimize pricing strategies by conducting market analysis, adjusting pricing policies, and authorizing clearance sales. Promote and market merchandise through advertising, sales promotions, and display plans.
- Provide competitive pricing quotes that are accurate and meet profitability targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
OTHERS:
- Ensure seamless sales order processing by monitoring and overseeing the sales order booking to sales order closure process, including finance credit and collection.
- Monitor inventory levels and accounts receivable aging in the assigned area or region, taking proactive measures to minimize risks and maintain optimum levels.
- Encourage the use of sales tools, such as SAP and Ordering System, to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
- Communicate and enforce policies and guidelines, including terms and conditions and annual sales offer sheets, to ensure compliance and consistency across the customer base.
- Perform other sales related duties, programs and projects that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- With at-least 3-5 years of experience in sales account management, or retail marketing.
- Experience in the FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Must be open to fieldwork.
