Chief Credit Card Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Credit Card Financial Manager to oversee financial operations related to credit card transactions. This includes processing payments, tracking expenses, and reconciling statements to ensure accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:- Credit Card Management:
- Monitor and record credit card transactions to ensure proper categorization
- Reconcile credit card statements with accounting records to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Manage credit card payment schedules to avoid late fees and maintain company credit health
- Bookkeeping Duties:
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Record daily transactions in accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero
- Assist in preparing financial statements, such as profit and loss reports and balance sheets
- Expense Tracking:
- Track and validate employee credit card usage to ensure adherence to company policies
- Organize and maintain receipts and documentation for all credit card expenses
- Analyze spending patterns to provide insights for cost-saving opportunities
- Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Generate reports detailing credit card expenses and transactions for management review
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting regulations
- Other Duties:
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support audits by providing detailed credit card transaction records and reconciliations
