Chief Financial Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable and experienced Accountant to join our finance team.
This is a fully remote role where you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage all aspects of AP and AR, including processing vendor invoices, generating customer invoices and overseeing collections.
- Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, credit card and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Month-End Close: Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing journal entries, accruals and financial statements.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of key financial reports, such as the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statement.
- Payroll Support: Assist with the processing of payroll, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Data Management: Maintain the integrity of financial data within our accounting software and other systems.
