The role of finance administrator is a crucial part of our operations, ensuring seamless financial management and support to the production team.
This position will involve managing prepayments, vendor payments, and credit card expenses. The successful candidate will work closely with the production team to guarantee timely payments as orders progress.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure all prepayments are made on time in line with production schedules.
- Oversee the categorization of credit card expenses within accounting software.
- Process and track vendor prepayments in accordance with production timelines.
- Assist with employee expense reports and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure all bills are submitted to the accounts payable team for timely entry into accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Develop and implement effective financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
- Detailed understanding of credit card expense management and vendor payments.
