We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication abilities.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and events for senior leadership while ensuring seamless communication across multiple stakeholders.
  • Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format high-quality documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word and other Office tools.
  • Project Coordination: Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; assist in coordinating special initiatives and ensuring tasks are completed on time and to required standards.
  • Research & Data Compilation: Conduct research and compile data for reports, presentations, and executive decision-making, ensuring information is relevant and industry-specific.
\Requirements:\
  • Experience: Minimum 2.5-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word; working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records, and uphold deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the tact and professionalism required for client-facing correspondence.
  • Independent Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with executive priorities.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Proven track record of handling sensitive information with integrity and adherence to corporate confidentiality standards.
