
Administrative Support Specialist

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and organizing email inboxes, responding to phone calls and text messages, scheduling calendars, and updating workflows in various systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and organize email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and flagging urgent items
- Answer and triage incoming phone calls and text messages
- Oversee calendar scheduling, including bookings, reminders, and maintaining an ideal week structure
- Manage workflows in Monday.com, updating boards and tracking client progress
- Monitor LinkedIn messages, responding to inquiries and escalating when necessary
- Qualifications: Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (preferred) OR relevant experience
- Experience: 3+ years' experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role
- Skills: Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, Proficient with digital tools (Google Workspace, project management platforms, CRM systems)
