Renewals Manager
Job DescriptionThe primary focus of this role is to manage the day-to-day renewal process for assigned customer accounts. This involves working closely with various teams, including sales, professional services, and technical support, to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers and optimize retention through proactive management of customer relationships.
This position requires a strong understanding of complex software quoting, as well as knowledge of revenue models such as Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Annual Contract Value (ACV), and Total Contract Value (TCV). The successful candidate will be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify at-risk accounts, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
In addition to managing customer relationships, this role involves direct communication with sales teams to drive expansions and ensure positive customer experiences through proactive issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 4+ years of experience in a similar role, such as Customer Success Manager or Helpdesk Manager
- BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
- Knowledgeable in privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with other Privilege Access Service solutions is a plus
- Ability to understand high-level technical aspects of the product and provide business and technical solutions to customers
- Competency with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
