Medical Billing Specialist: Ensuring Accurate Revenue Cycle Management">

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Medical Biller/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our billing and revenue cycle management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of medical claims, resulting in seamless patient care and exceptional service delivery across various locations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit medical claims to insurance companies electronically and manually.
  • Post payments from insurance companies and patients into the electronic medical record system.
  • Reconcile patient accounts and identify discrepancies or payment issues.
  • Follow up on unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims with insurance companies.
  • Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain an organized accounts receivable system and generate regular aging reports.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure timely revenue collection.
  • Assist with correcting billing errors and resubmitting claims when necessary.

  • Proven experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, or claims management is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial.
