Logistics Planning and Operations Specialist Job Description

The Logistics Planning and Operations Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing the reliability and efficiency of global supply chain reporting processes.

This involves preparing, distributing, and ensuring timely delivery of reports tailored to meet the business requirements of our global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Standardize and improve reporting processes while investigating and resolving issues related to report creation.
  • Maintain high data quality standards across all reporting activities to support informed decision-making.
  • Regularly update ISO documents, including desktop procedures and compliance-related documents, to reflect current processes.
  • Provide support for processes related to both reporting and transactional tasks, contributing to operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or other relevant fields.
  • Preferably with a minimum of one year related work experience in Transfer Pricing, Planning Support and Reporting.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required. Additionally, Power Query and Power BI skills are beneficial.
  • Background in Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and Project Management is advantageous; must be proactive, analytical, and possess strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Excellent command of English in both spoken and written form.
