Job Title

A dynamic Logistics and Supply Chain Professional is needed to lead our supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery and optimal cost management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Strategy & Operations
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the complete supply chain, from sourcing materials to final delivery to end consumer or business.
    • Manage, track, and optimize the outbound logistics from supplier to warehouse daily to ensure timely delivery and avoid fines.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and align procurement strategies accordingly.
  • Logistics & Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing holding costs.
    • Create regular Purchase Orders using inventory planning software and in-house systems, following established criteria with transparent documentation of quantity determinations.
    • Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers across the US.
    • Implement OKRs to monitor supply chain health, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Vendor & Partner Relations
    • Establish, maintain, source, and negotiate strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, building relationships, and ensuring quality and timely delivery.
    • Work closely with logistics partners to resolve issues, optimize transit times, and enhance service levels.
    • Travel to trade shows and suppliers as needed to source new suppliers, typically 1-3 times per year.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
    • Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant US regulations and international standards.
    • Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to address disruptions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Liaise with management, operations, finance, and cross-functional teams to align supply chain initiatives with overall business strategy.
  • Process Improvement
    • Utilize and, when necessary, enhance supply chain and inventory management systems (e.g., Inventory Planner, ERPs) and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for efficient data analysis and reporting.
    • Identify, document, and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in supply chain operations.
    • Stay educated (such as podcasts, industry publications, online media, social media) on industry trends to share, discuss, and implement.
