Senior Supply Chain Operations Associate

Job Description:

The Senior Supply Chain Operations Associate will be a key member of our team, leading project engagements and collaborating with clients to transform their supply chain functions and outcomes.

This role involves leading high-performing teams, guiding associates in project activities, and providing support to managers and partners. The successful candidate will have experience in project management, change management, and business process improvement.

They will also possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and other analytics tools.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead project engagements and deliver solutions by applying appropriate methodologies.
  2. Meet individual work targets and performance objectives.
  3. Develop strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients and deliver data-driven presentations.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or Supply Chain Management.
  • More than 3 years in a Supply Chain-related lead role or process improvement role.
  • Strong background in business process management or operations excellence.
  • Certifications like Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are a plus.
