Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee our end-to-end supply chain operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient procurement, inventory management, production planning and control, logistics, and distribution, while driving cost savings and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business growth, product launches, and market expansion.
  • Own the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, cost management, and ongoing supplier relationship.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements using data-driven insights.
  • Oversee production planning and scheduling, ensuring material availability, capacity alignment, and minimal stock-outs or excess inventory.
  • Track, optimize, and continuously improve logistics, transportation, and delivery performance using technology platforms (ERP/MRP/SCM).
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor supplier performance, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Sales to ensure supply chain strategies meet company and customer requirements.
  • Implement risk management plans, including supplier diversification, contingency planning, and compliance with global trade regulations.
  • Champion sustainability initiatives across the supply chain (e.g., reducing carbon footprint, improving packaging efficiency).
  • Prepare and present regular supply chain performance reports for senior management.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management with a logistics leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver cost saving, improve lead times and enhance supplier performance.
  • Background and experience in Electronics Manufacturing and/or Semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with MRP/ERP/SCM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Working Conditions:

This position is 100% office-based with regular visits to manufacturing sites, warehouses, suppliers, and logistics providers. Occasional travel and outside regular working hour calls may be required depending on supplier and distribution locations.
