We are seeking an experienced Director of APAC Compensation and Benefits to join our team and lead our regional compensation and benefits function across the APAC region. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive process improvements, maintain compliance, and ensure 'best in class' compensation and benefits services.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation and benefits regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices across multiple APAC countries. They will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of compensation and benefits processes across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a regional team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They will be expected to build strong partnerships with HR, Finance, Legal, Information Security, and other business units to resolve operational issues and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve compensation and benefits accuracy, efficiency, and employee satisfaction
  • Collaborate with EMEA and AMER compensation and benefits leaders to align processes and share best practices
  • Manage relationships with external compensation and benefits vendors and hold them accountable to performance standards and service level agreements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation, efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of compensation and benefits processes
