Job Title

  • Lead sales performance analysis to drive business growth and inform data-driven decision making.
  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to enhance seller performance, leveraging expertise in data analysis and project management.
  • Provide timely updates and communicate progress to stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Design and implement projects to optimize seller performance, incorporating expertise in data governance and stakeholder management.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to effectively communicate key findings and recommendations.
Requirements
  • College Graduate or equivalent.
  • At least three years of experience in Sales Operations or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
