Drive Revenue Growth with Strategic Account Management

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Key Accounts Manager. In this critical position, you will be responsible for driving incremental revenue from our existing customers.

  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to mine additional revenue from existing customers in collaboration with Regional Sales Directors.
  • Position the company effectively to win new business opportunities through strategic expansion and renewals.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to deliver committed results for our clients.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience and promote our company's success with other prospects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR technology trends and engage in solutioning client needs through new modules.
  • Lead at industry events/conferences by actively networking and evangelizing our company's value proposition.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customer CXOs and define human capital roadmaps for organizations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or enterprise sales.
  • Experience in People Advisory or Solution-oriented consulting roles is desirable.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours and traveling.
  • The ability to understand customer pain points and propose effective solutions.
  • Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with C-level executives and line of business representatives.
