We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Corporate Communications Executive to lead and support regional business development initiatives while executing strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence and stakeholder engagement. This role plays a key part in shaping internal and external communication strategies, supporting market entry efforts, and driving investor and media relations to align with the company's business objectives. Proficiency in SEO, SEM, CMS, CRM systems, and experience with both B2B and B2C marketing landscapes will be critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development efforts across regional markets, including B2B and B2C segments.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of market entry strategies, including competitive research, digital outreach, and localized marketing approaches.

Marketing & Brand Visibility

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, web, offline) that increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Optimize content and landing pages for SEO, and manage paid digital campaigns using SEM strategies to increase lead generation and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, using CRM and CMS platforms to track user engagement and refine targeting strategies to achieve marketing KPIs.

Stakeholder Communications

  • Support investor relations and manage media outreach to maintain a positive public image and strong relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Craft compelling press releases, corporate announcements, and messaging aligned with brand voice and industry positioning.

Strategic Communication Alignment

  • Coordinate internal and external communication initiatives to ensure consistency and alignment with corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to disseminate strategic messages across departments and to external audiences through appropriate CMS and communication tools.
  • Work with HR and regional offices to design and promote company branding.
  • Support internal engagement initiatives that reinforce company culture and employee satisfaction through tailored communication campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or business development.
  • Proven experience in SEO, SEM, and marketing campaign execution in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Familiarity with CMS (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for content and customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong project coordination abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
