Job Title: Customer Support Liaison
Job Description:The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and service throughout the lifecycle of a load.
Responsibilities include coordinating all shipments, communicating with scheduling, load management and carrier sales to ensure high customer satisfaction. The role also involves having a good understanding of operational processes and requirements, updating SOPs regularly, proactively communicating with customers on shipment status and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate all shipments and communicate with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand operational processes and update SOPs as needed.
- Proactively communicate with customers on shipment status and resolve issues.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to meet OTP and OTD targets.
- Handle Quote and Book tasks as required by assigned customers.
- Assist with scheduling and rescheduling appointments as needed.
- Perform scorecard audits to ensure external and internal metrics are aligned.
- Provide feedback to engineering teams to improve core technology.
- Process accessorials in a timely manner.
- Assist with fixing RPM/FSC discrepancies for billing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and customer-facing interactions.
- At least 9 months of work experience at a US logistics brokerage with shippers.
- Scheduling task experience is a plus but not required.
- Quote & Book task experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to be proactive.
- Analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset.
- Able to quickly assess and resolve issues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to maintain composure under pressure.
- High level of autonomy.
- Curious mindset.
