
Healthcare Support Specialist

Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a patient support representative.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to enquiries via various channels, providing clear and accurate information about chiropractic services, and managing incoming leads in a timely manner.
- The role involves reactivating past patients through proactive outreach and re-engagement campaigns, accurately recording and updating all interactions in lead management systems, and tracking and analysing performance metrics.
- In addition, the ideal candidate will schedule initial consultations and follow-up appointments, handle payment transactions, and maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
- This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilise strong communication skills, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or certificate IV in a relevant discipline is preferred, with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role within a healthcare environment.
- The successful candidate will have a strong background in the medical or allied health field, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a personable and empathetic approach.
- They will also possess high levels of discipline in following procedures, scripts, and workflow systems, with the ability to balance warm patient interactions with timely task completion.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities, competency with CRM and lead management tools, and a genuine interest in helping people and supporting their health journey are essential qualities for this role.
