Senior Technical Support Specialist

This role is for a highly skilled technical professional to provide expert support and guidance to our global workforce.
As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering timely and effective resolutions for complex computer and application issues.
- Manage the IT ticket queue efficiently, ensuring all issues are documented, tracked, and resolved within established Service Level Agreements.
- Administer workstation configuration, hardware provisioning, and system access for new hires, as well as oversee the offboarding process.
- Occasionally travel to ensure the smooth delivery and receipt of hardware, maintaining accurate records and adhering to internal asset management procedures.
To excel in this position, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 2-3 years of experience in IT engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in computer-related technical support.
- Proficiency in end-user operating systems (e.g., macOS, Windows) and foundational knowledge of server operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking skills including TCP/IP and routing.
