Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science or mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering, with a minimum of 7 years experience in software projects delivery for process-oriented environments.

Key responsibilities will include reviewing incidents, problems, and change requests on our Support Portal, as well as training and collaborating with the support team to ensure seamless issue resolution.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders via email, phone, and remote sessions.
  • Review and analyze incident reports to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support team members on new technologies and best practices.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field, preferably with postgraduate degree in IT.
  • At least 7 years experience in software projects delivery for process-oriented environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases, T-SQL codes, Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, Triggers, and Microsoft SQL Management Studio.
  • Ability to debug code in C#, JavaScript, HTML, XAML, and Visual Studio.
  • Experience with ETL, SSIS, WPF, HTML 5, .Net Framework, SSRS Reporting, and Windows / Network administration.
