Job Summary:

As a Strategic Sales Development Manager at Your Go to Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across various regions. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on developing and executing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives

• Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets

• Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals and revenue targets

• Create and implement comprehensive sales training programs to enhance team performance

• Ensure efficient supply and demand of goods, setting competitive pricing and monitoring sales trends

• Work with distributors and dealers to establish proper displays and product knowledge

• Develop and execute marketing and advertising activities to promote CBY products

• Collaborate with other executives to identify new markets and opportunities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure overall client satisfaction

• Develop new programs to meet the needs of channel partners and drive revenue growth

Requirements:

• Graduate of any Business Course

• At least 3 solid years in FMCG

• At least 5 years as a Manager

• Speaks English and Chinese
