Key Responsibilities

Developing New Business Opportunities

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling, as well as coordinating and implementing marketing plans to maintain and increase existing business.

Building Sales Proposals and Presentations

You will be responsible for building sales proposals, including sponsorship plans, prospect lists, and unique pitch components, strategies, and draft activation plans. Additionally, you will develop sales presentations, conduct seminars, and participate in meetings with clients and external vendors.

Research and Analysis

As a Business Development Manager, you will research prospects to discover narratives, brand objectives, KPIs, and personality traits of prospects. You will also assist in prospect pipeline management, reporting, and data input of a CRM system.

Industry Events and Partnerships

You will visit industry events to spark new ideas for partnerships and connect with prospects. Additionally, you will proactively source and select new partners across all countries and prepare wrap-up reports to include context and commentary around general success or failure of outreach waves and activations.

Esports and Brand Evangelism

You will research and develop a list of potential sponsors and exhibitors for Mineski's portfolio of events and products. Furthermore, you will evangelize esports and Mineski to brands and agencies, manage and develop the skill sets of reports, and perform other tasks assigned by management.
