Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Your Go to Recruiter. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and developing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, using this information to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
