Remote Property Manager Job

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team with daily operations of Airbnb and Vrbo listings.


Main Responsibilities:
  • List Management: Ensure all Airbnb and Vrbo listings are up-to-date, optimized for maximum visibility, and accurately represented online.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, manage booking processes efficiently, and provide personalized communication.
  • Pricing Analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor pricing, and adjust prices on platforms to ensure competitive and profitable rates.

Required Skills:
