Property Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our short- and long-term rental properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of property operations, including maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Oversee property staff and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality experiences for guests.
  • Lead recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and optimize property performance.
  • IDentify opportunities for growth and development through market research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications and technology platforms.
  • Relevant industry experience or education.
