Optimizing Property Management through Remote Solutions
We are a property management support company that works with real estate investors and property managers across North America, assisting them in achieving Time, Financial, and Location freedom.
Our Leadership Team consists of Ex-Big 4 Accounting and Consulting professionals as well as property managers who have experience managing commercial and residential portfolios for leading companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phone Reception & Dispatch: The first point of contact for clients, handling all incoming calls, dispatching calls to the right team members, taking accurate and detailed messages, and quickly learning our team structure to ensure smooth communication.
- Business Development Support: Working closely with the Business Development Manager, your support will be vital to growth, managing a database of prospects, following up on leads, preparing agreements using Zip Forms, and handling new client onboarding paperwork.
- Database Management: Responsible for maintaining our database of prospects, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Key Qualifications:
- Critical Thinking Skills: Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently.
- 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of providing exceptional service.
- 2+ Years of Sales or Business Development Experience: Experience with lead management and client onboarding is a huge plus.
- Pleasing Personality: Positive, can-do attitude is a must.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
