What You'll Be Doing:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of residential properties.
  • Deliver exceptional service to landlords and clients.
  • Focus solely on property management—no leasing, inspections, or accounts work.
  • Lead daily operations with the support of an Executive Assistant and admin team.

What We're Looking For:
  • at least 5 years of experience in property management.
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to study and pass required real estate courses including receiving a certificate of registration (Real Estate)
  • willingness to obtain Valid Australian driver's license (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Hardworking, honest, and reliable individuals.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to relocate and complete visa processes is essential.
