You should be proficient in the Microsoft 365 suite, especially Sharepoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

You will work closely with HRBPs and managers to ensure smooth and effective human resources operations, including leadership development, employee and industrial relations, people reporting and analysis, and organizational design and restructuring. You will also have the opportunity to grow and learn in a diverse, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with managers and the Learning team to finalize and consolidate nominations for the leadership development program on behalf of the HRBPs.
  • Conduct confidential investigations on policy breaches, workplace issues, and incidents with the guidance of the local HRBPs.
  • Analyze the Banding Framework, internal relativity data, and MBR reports to assess positions, recommend pay during hiring or employee changes, and support local HRBPs.
  • Monitor the status of Performance Agreements and follow up with managers.
